Dark chocolate 70% Brickaville

10,00

Let’s go back to 1890s’ Brickaville, where the union of Madagascar and cocoa- started. Indeed, the first cocoa trees planted in Madagascar by French settlers were those of Brickaville. They were then forgotten. Left in their natural state, the sugar cane appeared alongside them creating a symbiotic relationship. Rediscovered much later, this variety of cocoa, called Criollo, became a rare good.

Close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the rich and harmonious flavour of this exceptional cocoa. Feel the aromatic notes of dried flowers. Let it melt gently, taste the bitterness and try to discern the notes of brown caramel. At the end, you will experience a leathery fragrance.
